Pricing

WeBook operates on a shared-liability model with no upfront costs. You pay a flat rate per booked unit per day — nothing more. The more your properties book, the more we both earn.
None whatsoever. We invest in building your platform because we believe in the partnership. We only earn when your properties generate bookings.
We typically agree on a 12-month initial term, after which the partnership continues month-to-month. Contact us for details specific to your situation.

Technical

You do. We set up and integrate the payment gateway (Paystack, PayFast, Stripe), but the merchant account belongs to you and funds go directly to your bank account.
Yes. Our channel management feature syncs your listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTAs with real-time calendar updates to prevent double-bookings.
We maintain 99.9% uptime with cloud hosting, automated backups, and 24/7 monitoring. In the rare event of downtime, our team resolves it immediately at no extra cost to you.

Partnership

It means we share the risk. We invest in building your platform upfront, and we only earn when your properties book. If your properties don't book, we don't earn. Our success is directly tied to yours.
Typically 3-6 weeks depending on complexity. Simple booking sites can launch in as little as 2 weeks, while full CRM & Channel Management integrations may take up to 6 weeks.

Support

We provide comprehensive technical support including platform maintenance, bug fixes, security updates, performance optimisation, and ongoing feature improvements. All included in your per-unit fee.
